To download the DTS application forms please follow the 2 steps.   Step 1: Fill in the online feedback form. All fields are required. Step 2: Download both Word Documents... Klick with the reight mouse buttom on the document and choose "save under"...   Guidelines for filling in the application forms ... The Word files are electronic forms. You can fill out this forms on your Computer! In order to do that, you will need to use Microsoft Word. After filling in the application form, simply save it, print it out, and send it in to us, or attach it along with an email and send it to us at info@bfwm.de.
